Dr. Hofmann’s career has encompassed many roles in, Leadership Development and Coaching, Project and Portfolio Management, Inclusion and Employee Engagement across various industries and disciplines. She has had the privilege of coaching clients from around the globe at all levels of organizations.
Lori has a strong passion for studying interpersonal dynamics and has dedicated her academic and personal life to understanding different cultures, belief systems, and societal roles. Now, she applies this knowledge and unwavering curiosity to enhance team building, teaching about style differences, and coaching.
Dr. Hofmann is a dedicated lifelong learner with a passion for expanding her knowledge and skills. With a background in technology and healthcare, Lori became intrigued by empowering to foster inclusivity. This curiosity led her to dedicate her dissertation to exploring how specifically male technology leaders navigate the challenge of implementing inclusive practices within a paradoxical leadership framework. Her objective was to uncover effective strategies to promote inclusion, diversity, and equity while also juggling the demands of the business world.
